REFUND/RETURN POLICY

RETURNS / REFUNDS & DAMAGED ITEMS?

All customer concerns will be dealt with on a case by case basis. 

If you would like to file a claim for a defective or damaged item, it must be completed within a 10-day window from the day the product was delivered.

We require a full description of the issue and as detailed images to forward onto our distributor.

All claims are to be filed with our company email found on our contact page.

Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns. We apologies for any inconvenience.
